The Retargeting Trigger Agent identifies visitors who left your site without converting, tags them in the CRM, and syncs them to Facebook for retargeting ads while sending parallel SMS.

What Retargeting Trigger Agent Solves

Visitors come to your website but leave without contacting you. You have no way to reach them again. They see your ads once and forget. Retargeting Trigger Agent identifies all site visitors (tracked via pixel), tags them in the CRM, and syncs to Facebook for retargeting ads. In parallel, an SMS sequence is sent. Same visitor gets both ads and SMS from your team.

Parallel SMS Sequence & Engagement Tracking

While Facebook retargeting runs, SMS messages are sent to captured phone numbers. Engagement is tracked across both channels.

Send SMS day 1: 'Noticed you looked at [property]. It's still available. [Link]'
Send SMS day 3: 'Last chance: [property] likely to sell this week. [Link]'
Track: SMS opens, clicks, replies; Facebook ad clicks
If reply or click: escalate to agent, pause Facebook ads for that person
