The Escalation Routing Agent monitors all lead communications in real time. When high-intent signals emerge (specific questions, willingness to visit), the lead is instantly routed to a live agent.

What Escalation Routing Agent Solves

Escalation Routing Agent monitors conversation for intent signals: specific questions, visit confirmation, timeline pressure ('need by Friday'). When detected, lead is routed to next available live agent within 90 seconds.

All incoming lead messages are analyzed for intent signals. When signals accumulate, the lead is routed to a live agent with full conversation history and context.

Real-Time Message Analysis & Intent Scoring

The agent reads each incoming message and scores for intent signals: specificity, urgency, visit readiness.

Analyze incoming SMS/email for intent keywords: 'this week', 'ready', 'how much', 'when can'
Score specificity: generic question = 5pts, specific question = 15pts

Threshold Detection & Live Agent Routing

When intent score crosses threshold (40+ points), lead is immediately routed to next available agent.

If cumulative intent score > 40: trigger escalation
Find next available live agent (by territory or workload)
Route lead with full conversation history to agent's SMS/email queue
Send SMS: 'Thanks! Connecting you with [Agent Name]'
