A properly configured CRM — one that agents actually feed, even passively, even without knowing it — can show you a 60-day revenue forecast that is more accurate than your best guess. Predictive tools trained on your database can tell you which past clients are statistically likely to move this year. Your marketing system can find ready buyers hiding in contacts you stopped calling three years ago.
None of this is about adding more work to your plate. It is about making the work you are already doing visible, trackable, and foreseeable.
You are not having a bad month because the market is slow. You are having a bad month because you did not know this month was coming until it was already here.
That is solvable. Not with discipline. With systems.
