Deal folder has 200 files with cryptic names: 'PDF_10234', 'Document_final_v2', 'LATEST'. No one knows which is current. Duplicates go unnoticed. AI Document Classifier reads each file, auto-names it ('Rent Roll — Q3 2023'), identifies duplicates, and maintains version control. Folder is always organized.
